Strategic Property Partners (SPP) is developing 50 acres of land along the waterfront in downtown Tampa, anchored by an arena and focused on healthy, outdoor living with walkable streets that connect homes, offices, shops, and hotels.
UrbanSense Approach
As part of Intersection, the UrbanSense team was tasked with:

Our work is helping to advance the district’s goal of becoming the first WELL-certified community in the world, focusing on health and wellness principles throughout its design.
