The company also sought opportunities to improve a core service, the parking experience, by installing cutting-edge technology that would help alleviate congestion, save time finding a parking space, generate revenue, and improve the customer experience.

Background
The Grove is one of the highest-grossing outdoor retail destinations in the U.S., known for its high level of service. To maintain this standard and compete with e-commerce and other retail properties, Caruso sought to implement technology-driven customer experiences and replicate Grove’s successes at Palisades Village, a community on the West side of Los Angeles that includes a movie theater, community space, a grocer, residential units, and retail shops.
