Background
Sidewalk Labs aimed to redefine urban living through technology-driven urban development, integrating digital solutions into city infrastructure. To successfully engage stakeholders, Sidewalk’s Urban Development Team (SUD) needed a clear value proposition and experience definition that positioned them as a co-developer of choice. Additionally, understanding how real estate developers perceive and integrate digital technologies was critical for Sidewalk’s Digital Integration Team.
